Bruce – My Daily Bread update
As many of you know, last week during vendor delivery at the warehouse, Bruce from My Daily Bread suffered from a cardiac event. Thank God that Bill from Back in Time Farm just happened to come early that day. He helped revive Bruce after he stopped breathing. God is always on time! Bruce had open heart surgery on Tuesday and we are thankful that he is recovering well and should be moved to a regular cardiac care room this evening. Please continue to keep Bruce and his family in your prayers.
Due to the situation, My Daily Bread will have limited items listed this week on the market.

Gwinnett Locally Grown: This week at GLG
The Market is now OPEN until Monday at noon!! Click here to order now!
Hello Everyone!!
A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out this week to pick up your fresh, locally grown goodies. Your support is extremely appreciated not only by us here at Rancho Alegre Farm but by our local vendors as well. So thank you for choosing Gwinnett Locally Grown, and thank you for allowing us to become part of your table.
I was so happy to finally meet some of you in person! I am new to this area so meeting new, and like-minded people is always a pleasure for me. I am very eager to dive deeper and start building a closer bond with you guys and maybe forming and growing a strong community driven by the love of good food that's grown and produced the way our ancestors used to do it, the way it's supposed to be done!
I am a huge fan of greens, they are a powerhouse when it comes to nutrition. Dark leafy greens are a great source of vitamin A, C, E, and K, as well as a great souce of calcium and antioxidants such as carotinoids-which help protect cells and play roles in blocking the early stages of cancer. Getting your fill of greens every day is a lot easier than you think. They are great in sandwiches, salads, sauteed as side dishes, and even blended in smoothies or juiced.
Check out our available produce, you'll find a great variety of greens. GET YOUR VITAMINS ON!
