Barbecued Strawberry Chicken

Ingredients
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
4 Chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1 cup Barbecue sauce of your choice
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium high heat and brown the chicken breasts on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pan and heat the butter. Cook the onion in the butter for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in barbecue sauce of your choice, brown sugar, vinegar and honey. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Return the chicken to the pan and let it bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, then stir in the sliced strawberries.
